Will it fit my existing hose and tap?

Yes - the Water Wise Starter Set converts a standard garden hose to Hoselink's 12mm no-burst system. It fits any standard Australian tap via the Universal Tap Connector which has both a 3/4" and 1" Tap thread, by way of use with or without the included size reducer.

What parts are included?

1 x 5569 - Comfort 8-Pattern Flow Control Sprayer, 1 x 2423-WG - Hose End Connector with Flow Control, 1 x 2471-Wg - Accessory Connector with Swivel, 1 x 2420-WG - Hose End Connector, 1 x 2320-Wg - Universal Tap Connector.

How do I fit it? Do I need tools?

No tools - push your hose into each no-burst fitting; it locks on and won't burst off. Screw the Universal Tap Connector onto your tap.

Are the fittings BPA and lead free?

Yes - all Hoselink fittings are BPA and lead free.

Is it covered by the no-burst guarantee?

Yes Hoselink's no-burst connectors are guaranteed not to burst off your hose.

How long is the warranty?

Absolutely fantastic product
I think I’ve spent at least as much as these cost on useless hose fittings that just drip everywhere and pop off soaking people. Just finished fitting the hoselink and once I got them all tightened adequately (I needed a cloth to do so) they are working perfectly. No more water pooling on the concrete slab of the house and soaking the timber! Just spend the money on these you won’t regret it (the exact words my dad said when he told me about them!)

Great design product but unfortunately leaks at tap connection. Tried to rectify the problem over the years of having the reel system but even with new fittings still leaks water such a shame. Maybe it is the water pressure
.Being retired engineer and irrigation system installer for commercial and residential of Toro and Reed water is just like a hydraulic system in products we use.
