Gift cards can be used for purchases on www.hoselink.com.au.
They are valid for all products listed unless specified otherwise.
The gift card must be applied at checkout by entering the unique code provided.
Validity Period:
Gift cards are valid for3 years from the date of issue. After this period, any unused balance will expire.
Expiry dates comply with Australian Consumer Law regarding gift card expiry.
Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable:
Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded unless required by law.
Balance & Redemption:
The balance on a gift card can be used across multiple transactions until fully spent.
Any remaining balance will be carried over for future purchases but cannot be redeemed for cash.
Customers can check the remaining balance by logging into their account or contacting our customer service team.
Restrictions:
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or exchanged for cash.
Discounts, promotions, or special offers cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards unless specified otherwise.
Refunds on Purchases Made with Gift Cards:
If an item purchased with a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued as store credit or back onto the original gift card.
Refunds or exchanges are subject to our standard return policy.
Purchase & Delivery:
Gift cards purchased online will be delivered via email to the recipient or purchaser. Please ensure the correct email address is provided during purchase.
Fraud Prevention:
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift card orders that we suspect may be associated with fraudulent activity.
Multiple Cards:
Multiple gift cards may be used in a single transaction, provided the total balance covers the purchase amount.
