Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. Card Usage:
    • Gift cards can be used for purchases on www.hoselink.com.au.
    • They are valid for all products listed unless specified otherwise.
    • The gift card must be applied at checkout by entering the unique code provided.
  2. Validity Period:
    • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. After this period, any unused balance will expire.
    • Expiry dates comply with Australian Consumer Law regarding gift card expiry.
  3. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable:
    • Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded unless required by law.
  4. Balance & Redemption:
    • The balance on a gift card can be used across multiple transactions until fully spent.
    • Any remaining balance will be carried over for future purchases but cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • Customers can check the remaining balance by logging into their account or contacting our customer service team.
  5. Restrictions:
    • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or exchanged for cash.
    • Discounts, promotions, or special offers cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards unless specified otherwise.
  6. Refunds on Purchases Made with Gift Cards:
    • If an item purchased with a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued as store credit or back onto the original gift card.
    • Refunds or exchanges are subject to our standard return policy.
  7. Purchase & Delivery:
    • Gift cards purchased online will be delivered via email to the recipient or purchaser. Please ensure the correct email address is provided during purchase.
  8. Fraud Prevention:
    • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift card orders that we suspect may be associated with fraudulent activity.
  9. Multiple Cards:
    • Multiple gift cards may be used in a single transaction, provided the total balance covers the purchase amount.
