Q. How do I connect the kit to my water supply?
A. You must have either a Universal Tap Connector or a Hose End Connector

Q. How long is the hose from the tap?
A. This is a fully customisable kit so you can cut the 15m hose as it best suits your situation.

Q. What do I do if I want to set up the kit far away from the tap?
A. You can attach a regular hose to the connection point where you want to start the misting system.

Q. What's the best way to set up the system if I'm using it in an outdoor entertaining area?
A. It's best to have the misting heads located just outside where people will be sitting, and not directly overhead (or over tables, etc). If using the system with the Misting Timer (recommend for this purpose), there is some residual dripping from the heads when the water stops.  It's best for you and your guests to enjoy the mist without dripping on your head.
