The Evolve™ Hose Reel is designed and built in Sydney, New South Wales. Some elements, like the hose, spring and spray gun, are imported, but all plastic injection-moulded parts are made, manufactured and assembled right here on home turf. 

No, the Evolve™ Series Reel comes with a standard 12mm hose at this time. However, it does have a superior water flow compared to our standard Classic Reel, with up to 22% better flow (depending on your existing water pressure).

No, the Evolve™ Series Hose Reel comes with everything you need to install and start using it right away. That includes our famous no-burst hose fittings, a new and improved Comfort 8-Pattern Flow Control Sprayer, a stopper ball, mounting bracket and hardware – even a Phillips head drill bit to make life easier. If you’re planning on connecting any other attachments to your Evolve™ Reel, you may wish to add a Hoselink Adapter Pack to your purchase.

Your existing wall bracket, padlock and covers aren’t compatible with the Evolve™ Series Reel, which comes complete with its own wall bracket built to its exact specifications. However, the Evolve™ bracket is designed to the same template as the Classic Reel, so the good news is you won’t need to drill any new screw holes. We also sell compatible padlocks and additional Evolve™ brackets if you want to mount your reel in multiple locations, and covers will also be available on our website soon.

Yes – it’s really important to attach your Evolve™ Reel to a stable surface, like a solid wall or secure post, because it requires tension to retract and extend properly.
