AustraliaI was a little surprised when checking off the parts in the kit i purchased, it obtained 2 x flow control levers when i didn't order flow control valves. I also required 2 white split rings according to the fitting instructions these were not listed as being in the pack, I can only assume that you need to open and use these out of the spare parts pack which means i no longer have them as spare parts, The white split rings would have been better value over the wasted lever arms.

Australia AustraliaOld design with existing inbuilt flaws. The o-ring eventually flattens and ends up leaking and need replacement regularly. Please fix it...either a more durable o-ring or tighter joins.

AustraliaI love your product. It hold tight and did not burst easily as the other. Only thing is it is not convenient to buy from a hardware shop. Buy online I need to rely on delivery . I have many painful experiences with no delivered products that make me hesitate to buy.
