We do not sell our products through any retailers. However, you can purchase directly through us. We understand not everyone has access to the internet so we provide other purchase options such as over the phone. If you call us, we can call you back so you are not charged for the call. Please read below for other options.

	Browse through the information on our website in “About Our Products” on the left hand menu, to familiarise yourself with our product & help you decide what to buy.
	Then click on “Pricing & Buy Online” on the right hand menu, which will take you to the Complete Hoselink Range & pricing.
	Click “Add to Basket” on the product you wish to purchase. This will add the item to your shopping basket that you can view at any time simply by clicking the grey "Your Basket" button on the top right hand of product pages. If you want to buy several different items, click “Continue Shopping”. And if you want to change the quantity of the item, remember to click “Recalculate”. When you are happy with what you have in your Basket, click, Checkout.
	The next page will ask you to enter your personal details. Simply enter your details and chose your preferred payment method.
	If you chose to pay by credit card you will be diverted to a secure page to enter your card details.
	You will recieve a confirmation email and your order will be posted from our warehouse the day after payment is received. We say to allow 3-5working days to receive your order. It is often quicker than that & sometimes longer depending on your location.

(If ordering via email or post please provide what you want to order, payment method details and your contact details, including name, address, landline telephone, email & if you have ordered before).

	Pay by credit card and your order will be dispatched from our warehouse the next day.
	Pay directly depositing the money into our bank account, this can be done by internet transfer or paying at an ANZ branch into our account (details provided when you order).
	Pay by cheque/Money Order made payable to “Hose Pro International Pty Ltd” and send it to the above address.

** When paying direct into our account or by cheque, please ensure you quote your name & order i.d. # in the description, so we can track your payment to your order.
